F.A.C.E. Crohn's is a local charity that is collaborating with hospitals in the community to improve the pediatric G.I. units. All of the time that we have spent in the hospital inspired us to start this charity that works to make trips to the hospital fun for kids.  We have missed out on a lot of things because we were in the hospital: days of school, social events, holidays, and sports games, just to name a few.  Living with Crohn's is already physically and mentally exhausting, and we want the kids that are missing out to have reasons to smile.  We plan to do this by donating video games, toys, books, bringing in therapy dogs, etc.

Our organization was founded in 2017 by two college students, Max Adamo and Jacob Arabbo. Since then, we have added Griffin Rocheleau to our Board of Directors. The three of us were diagnosed with Crohn's at a relatively young age and know the physical and psychological toll the disease can take. We aim to show children that you can live a "normal" life despite the disease and do so through fun and uplifting activities.

As of February 2018 our 501(c)(3) status has been approved and we are an official non-profit charity!
